I understand that they terminate the pilots at the end of the five year contract. Interesting. Does this work with all employees?

I love them so much. There cabins are always clean and i love that they picked the Airbus because it is small so you get 1 class and can see what is going on in the cabin all around. And I have to say that even though the aircraft is eurpoean i would still fly it. It is not really all french made Mr.Feingersch. Don't be dumb. No i do not like the french but i would not, not fly an airline because of somewhat french made cabins.

I love Jet Blue!! Thank goodness for them or my bi-coastal relationship would not have a prayer. Planes leave on-time, they are clean and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Not to mention the seats are roomy with tons of leg room, (6'0" - 255, trust me - I need it). They are my airline of choice.

I flew Jet Blue to Atlanta last year and I loved the service and all the flight attendents. Friendly, funny and helpful. Only problem is, Jet Blue does not fly to Atlanta anymore. WHY????

Sally Tripodi My name is Sally Tripodi and while traveling with my parents Sebastian and Helen Leone on May 18,204 flight 58 seats 13-DEF from West Palm to JFK, my father became very ill, he had severe chills, fever and vomitting the whole trip home. I aproached one flight attendant for a blanket before take off and was told when we were in flight I would get it, well that didn't happen. I then approached another and was told she didn't know if there was any and last I approached the last attendant and she came and threw two blankets at me and said thats all they had.

We have been traveling Jet Blue many times together and felt the treatment was totally uncalled for and only got an apology at the end of the flight by one. I was very disappointed in the way I was put off as I wasn't asking them to take care of my father. I feel that an apology is owed and hope that a daughter dosen't have to go through this again.

This was the first time I was traveling with my 2 teenage boys by myself. My husband was working and was a little worried about us flying alone. I searched the web for cheap flights. Jet Blue was the cheapest so I thought we would give the company a shot. It was the best travelling experience we have had ever. Curb side check-in made so simple, no delays, no problems. As a traveller who has hated to fly, Jet Blue changed my opinion and my fear. When I travel from now on, I am going wherever Jet Blue will take me. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

No first class!! Plenty of leg-room; left and arrived on time; cheap rates.

I've never travelled by this airline but heard so much that I would love to be in US again and fly Jet Blue without any service or fare blues.

I love this airline. Recent trip to San Francisco (Oakland) arrived ahead of schedule. Had to change travel dates a few weeks before flight...no problem...nominal fee.

The best in the US! Just like PAN AM, in her good days!

I've been fortunate in that I've been able to travel to many places in this world via many airlines. I feel that JetBlue offers the finest domestic economy service of any airline, anywhere! Where else can one find leather seats of adequate size and legroom, (I am a large individual!)a personal TV with 24 channels and an inflight staff more than willing to assist their charges? Certainly, there will be the occasional glitch in service which we all experience from time to time, but it is not a constant as with some of the major airlines!

GO JET BLUE!

Kathy Rated 4:-
We flew JetBlue the first few weeks they started service. Flew from JFK into Salt Lake City. Toured the West for 11 days in a rental car. Then flew home on the red eye from Seattle. We had absolutely no problems or delays! We'd fly them alot more often if it wasn't such a hassle getting from Pennsylvania into JFK.

Helle Rated 4:-
I fly between California (Oakland, Long Beach, Ontario) and JFK...everyone is always friendly and efficient. Check-in and boarding are a snap (always plenty of agents on hand) and the new planes are comfortable. It's like Southwest Airlines with TVs!

Templeton Rated 4:-
I've flown JetBlue to NYC twice. I now fly them once a month to commute LGB to OAK (San Francisco.)

This airline proves that you can have new planes, assigned seats (Sorry, Southwest!) and in flight entertainment, turn a profit and still have a courteous, professional friendly in-flight staff.

The snacks are great! They encourage to bring your own food and the airline is almost always on-time.

As for their decision to purchase A320 instead of Boeing aircraft. The A320's are quieter and more fuel efficient that the comparable B737. I applaud their decision and consider myself a loyal JetBlue customer.

Jay Rated 4:-
The best thing to hit flying since deregulation. On-time service, clean planes, friendly and courteous (not to mention humorous) flight attendants, and reasonable prices without gimmicks!

Originally booked and cancelled-$25 charge. When I booked for NYC and couldn't find my confirmation #, they had it on computer and re-booked me. Excellent. They go beyond what is expected. Crew very friendly and seats are wonderful (I am not 99 lbs. anymore). Snacks were great and I actually had a great flight thanks to them. My traveling companion told me to be quiet, she was watching the History Channel. Will book them before any other airline now. I hope they put a fear into the other airlines.

We were visiting relatives in NEW YORK CITY. We flew from JFK up to Buffalo so we could go up to Niagara Falls obviously we flew back to New York with JETBLUE I compliment them on their service and good sense of humour on the flight both ways. Would use again. Thank you.

Janice Tori Rated 4:-
Seats were comfortable; service was friendly; no meals but the snacks were good ones (not your cheap stuff); your own little tv helped make the time go by quickly.

Lisa Graves Rated 4:-
Flew JFK to Orlando...the check in process was a bit disorganized and slow, but the flight was great. Every seat in this nice new plane had its own television and the service was friendly.

I regularly fly between coasts for business, with travel between LA and San Francisco usually included, before JetBlue I would pay up to $2,000 for cattle car service. I now on average pay $200 for a round trip with an additional $70 to travel between LA and San Francisco. Would definitely fly again!!!

Also, I apologize for my Franco phobic American colleague below, unfortunately some Americans today believe that if you disagree with our government you are unpatriotic or a menace to our society instead of an adult with a different opinion (before the libel starts, I am a proud American who served 5 years in the American military and fought in the first Gulf war).

Pamela Rated 4:-
I have flown on them 4 times already and LOVE them. They are friendly-all of them. They don't act like they're doing you a favor. Their customer service skills are unsurpassed. For example, I left my book in the seat back pocket. It didn't have my name in it, but they researched it and mailed it to me. That was above and beyond.

Very rude at the long beach airport. would fly just for a cheap fare but would pick others first.

Service can be inconsistent but better than the big airlines overall.

airlines in the US. Great service from New Orleans to NYC. Comfortable and a friendly, helpful crew.

Jet Blue makes you feel safe, comfortable (well, as comfortable as any airline with narrow seats)and they are friendly. I have flown Jet Blue at least 5 times and have not had one problem.

flew on this one several times to Puerto Rico, Florida and Seattle. Mostly on time, friendly staff, and best of all, TV!

Jim Rated 4:-
We take Jet Blue for the following reasons:

1. They are inexpensive and have very confortable planes... good leg room... leather seats... tv per seat.

2. They are friendly.

3. They allow you to fly one-way without penalty.

Bill Rated 4:-
A great airline.

Matt Rated 4:-
JetBlue is brilliant. Have flown them repeatedly since their launch in the last couple years and they never fail to disappoint. They also have the lowest change fees in the business, $25. With no surprises. $25 plus any increase in fare. And if the fare has decreased, they add the credit to your frequent flyer account for use on another flight. Fantastic.

Jacki Rated 4:-
Great seats, seatback video for EVERY seat, cheap prices, excellent service from everyone. And a real easy to use web site.

Mitch Feingersch Rated 1:-
Buying French aircraft? Sorry, I will not fly your airline, EVER!

Peter, USA Rated 4:-
A no bull* airline, easy going, no fuss. New planes. Leather seats, quite comfy. Every seat with its own TV, DIRECTV satellite programs, crossing the US seems much shorter. Cannot rate the food because I always take my own. I had way too many "issues", so 5-10 bucks for peace of mind and belly, is OK with me..

GD (North California) 1) Jet Blue has announced service between OAK and Long Beach, a suburb of Los Angeles. BTW, like Southwest, Jet Blue serves OAK, not SFO.

Cat Rated 4:
I was living in Florida for a year and chose to fly on jetblue airlines to travel to NYC and then to Seattle. I chose it originally because it was cheap - $69US from Orlando to NYC, and $130 from NYC to Seattle (a 6 hour flight). I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff was friendly, professional, and the accoms were no frills but great. From Seattle to Vancouver (my destination), i took a greyhound for $40cdn. so, my trip, from Orlando to Vancouver costed me approx.$210 us. If i had flown from Orlando to Vancouver, it would have been minimum $400. On any other airline, the trip that i did would have costed double.

Thanks jetblue...

I recommend it to anyone.
